Booking & Payment
Participation in the 30 Over 30 Campaign requires a non-refundable retainer at the time of booking. Remaining balances must be paid in full 30 days prior to the session unless enrolled in a pre-session payment plan (PSPP). Products, collections, and digital images are not included in the session retainer and must be purchased separately.
Campaign Participation
The 30 Over 30 Campaign is a limited series celebrating women ages 30 and older. Only 30 spots are available. Once filled, no additional bookings will be accepted under this campaign. The 30 Over 30 Campaign is offered as an exclusive, limited-availability client experience. It is not a giveaway, contest, or sweepstakes. Participation does not require testimonials, interviews, or public sharing of your images or story.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Retainers and payments are non-refundable. One complimentary reschedule is allowed with 60+ days’ notice. Reschedules within 30 days or no-shows will forfeit payments and require a new booking. If the photographer must cancel due to illness, emergency, or studio issues, payments will transfer to a new date.
Image Reveal & Ordering
Your image reveal and ordering appointment must be scheduled within 14 days of your session. Only one reveal/ordering session is provided. All orders are final once placed. Images are not released until the balance is paid in full.
Pre-Session Payment Plans (PSPP)
Payment plans are available before your session only. All balances must be completed at least 30 days before your session date. Payments are non-refundable.
Guest Policy
For privacy and comfort, sessions are limited to the client only unless otherwise approved in writing by the photographer.
Artistic Rights & Privacy
The photographer retains all copyright to images. Boudoir sessions are private and images will not be shared publicly without written client permission. Raw, unedited images will never be released.
Liability & Studio Policies
The photographer is not responsible for accidents, allergic reactions (e.g., to makeup), or personal injuries during sessions. The studio is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items brought to the session.
Image Storage
Edited images are stored for up to 6 months. Unpurchased images are deleted after the reveal appointment.
Agreement
By booking into the 30 Over 30 Campaign with Love to the Moon Photography, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
